As part of working unit under the Minsitry of National Development Planning (Bappenas), one of the vision of PINA Center for Private Investment is to improve the participation of private sectors to invest in the national strategic projects. In order to achieve this, PINA Center for Private Investment held two-day workshop on the 1st and 2nd March 2019, inviting staffs from PINA and Bappenas. PINA Culture Day workshop discussed how work ethics and core values in an organisation needed to be shaped for building the human resources in it.
